Services

More than just a product

All of the staff at Horeca receive frequent training about the products they sell from the suppliers. This knowledge is readily passed on to Horeca's customers to add value to the products and increase customer satisfaction. Horeca staff also works hard to improve internal affairs to make sure there is always a smile for the customers inside and out of the office and warehouse.

Horeca also facilitates training opportunities for hotel and restaurant managers or staff. In these cases, the supplier will explain about the products in more detail depending on the uses in each particular case. Tips can be exchanged for up-selling products or proper handling and preparation during serving or preparing various meals.

Plans for the Future

Horeca Supply is looking to expand on its current service range in the near future. In the blueprints for the new warehouse are schematics for a resource library, freezer storage, training facilities, show rooms and more.
